We used Rocket Matter for a short while but found it very basic. We then tried CIO which was a bit better but soon found it limited as well. We finally settled on HoudiniESQ.

Rocket Matter is a very good program. We loved its simplicity but for our 5 Attorney firm it wasn't enough.

I liked Rocket Matter but you can't link email to our Matters.

Tried Rocket for 10 days and Clio for 3 days but decided SaaS isn't for our firm.
